What's with Marcus Jordan

at one point Marcus Jordan was top 5 in the state and being mentioned nationally....
presently he is 3-Star and barely inside the top 15 in Illinois, but still no word on commitment....
will he go mid-major or big school? Or will he walk on at Illinois like his bro?
a couple lower BCS schools like Nebraska & Iowa State seems to want him the most........
