Looks like the prices went up a little from what they were last year. I know the Priority III tickets were only $12 for the CBI last year.

I don't know about selling tickets...profits....etc but I DO know something about how great it is to have a sellout for a variety of reasons. I would lower prices a tad AND sell about 3000 upper bowl 1 dollar seats. Chances are those seats won't sell anyway....that will be 3k more dollars PLUS the concessions those 3k buy. That and you get the advantage of the NOISE that 3k more will provide and an even greater home court advantage.....

It makes us look better IF the game is on TV but even if it isn't some visiting team is going to get quite an impression of Peoria and BU hoops. 11,700 vs 8,700 is better anyway you cut it.

Not sure how many empty spots the PCC is responsible for, but that's probably another $4000-$5000 in parking as well!

Too bad. Oregon State lost last night in Los Angeles in the opening round of the Pac 10 tournament to Stanford, who finished 9th and was making their first appearance ever in the play-in round.
Oregon State finishes 13-17, with an 8th place Pac 10 finish, and eliminated by the 9th place team in the tournament in the play-in round.
I think that blew any chance the CBI or CI.com people will be calling.
