Southeastern Iowa upset Indian Hills 81-80 in overtime in the final game of the best of 3 playoff for the Region XI junior college playoffs. They now will play North Dakota State College of Science for the right to advance to the NJCAA National Tournament in Hutchinson, Kan. starting March 17.
Indian Hills was ranked #2 in the country, and finishes 30-3, with 2 of the losses to Southeastern, and the other to Chipola.
Southeastern is now 27-7. John Wilkins is enrolled at Southeastern Iowa, but will not play until next year. Former BU commit Dwight Buycks plays for Indian Hills.
