The MVC all who never made a team team

Wow...is it me or are there way too many MVC teams...maybe we need a team for who didn't make a team

2nd team
Hon mention
Defensive team
Newcomer team
freshman team
All bench

Is it most improved player or do they have a team award....it's almost like the park district where everyone gets something

You can not hurt anyone's feelings, everyone gets a trophy.

I am fine with a first and second team all conference. A player of the year, coach of the year and a new comer of the year.

And that is it.

I like a simple "All Conference" team. One. Put 10 guys on it, designate 5 as "starters" (the same as the 1st team all conference)

Then, toss in a CoachOY, PlayerOY, NewcomerOY, and an All-Freshman team.

I don't like the All-D team... Too tough to really grasp. TW is probably not our best D-man and he's on it. Honorable mention? Eh... Release the votes so players can see if they got some. They can determine if they were "honorably mentioned" by the voters without getting an award.

I don't understand why they don't have an Assistant Coach of the Year, or a Director of Basketball Operations of the Year.

Bradley leads the league in seriously injured players of the year.

haha. There is definitely an over-abundance of awards, that is for sure.

On the bright side, next season SS will be a shoo-in for the Sixth-Year Player of the Year Award!!!
