  • Post-season clinched?

Let's go get three in St. Louis.

But I think we've clinched a CBI invite with 17 wins (and our "history" with the CBI). Two wins in SL and we're in the NIT, I'd think.

I would agree. I'd like add a few more victories (maybe 3) and 'guarantee' a postseason though.
    Onward and Upward!

I'd say postseason is clinched...NIT though...no way. It's either NCAA or CBI for this team (or w/e the other tournament is called...CI.com? maybe)

We're out of the NIT picture. Too many teams ahead of us.

We'll close the season on a 9-game winning streak anyways, so CBI talk is irrelevant.

Agree with ya TAS. I wish there was a clear easy way to explain and illustrate to people how the NIT is out of the picture.

And as I think of possibilities.... I can see the NIT filling up with a lot of guaranteed Conference winners that didn't win their Conf Tourney Auto bid to the NCAA. I suggest this as a possibility - as this could be a year more NIT spots are taken than in recent past. This then shifts some At-Large NIT teams into the CI.com and CBI. So the CI.com and CBI could possibly field some really decent teams.

There is a way. It's called TAS bracketology where I list the teams ahead of Bradley in the pecking order.

And I'm going to retract myself.

After seeing the list, it's not impossible to win 2 games in StL, get lucky with autobid qualifiers, and sneak in as a 7 seed.
