Chicago fans- if you can't make it to St. Louis, I just noticed that the game between Bradley and SIU is on Comcast Sportsnet live in the Chicago area.

They will broadcast the 2 afternoon quarterfinals live. The night session will be tape-delayed because of a Bulls game at 1 am and 3 am Saturday morning.

Bradley Basketball's Arch Madness Game Notes
          from BradleyBraves.com-

PEORIA, Ill. ? With the momentum of four wins in its last five games, the Bradley men's basketball team turns its attention to the postseason as the Braves (17-13, 10-8 MVC) prepare to face Southern Illinois (13-17, 8-10 MVC) in Friday's second quarterfinal of the State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Tournament at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis.?? The teams split the regular-season series by defending their home courts, but have not faced each other since the Salukis earned a 68-62 win Jan. 18 in Carbondale.

            bubraves TV covering this game?

Anyone know if this game will be available on bubraves tv online for us out of towners? The old lady is 8 months pregnant so I cant make the trip from Charleston, SC to St.Louis. I am hoping my local sports bar has access to Fox Sports midwest, but if they dont I need a back-up plan.

I guess my back-up back-up plan is WMBD online, but Id rather WATCH the game if possible.

I don't believe the teams are able to stream the MVC Tourney games unfortunately.

No, the tournament games, and all games that are shown on the MVC-TV network, are not available for online streaming anywhere, unless you can find them on a pirate site like Channelsurfing.net or Justin.tv.

According to a USA-Today MVC tourney preview, Mullins is out. We know if this is confirmed?

I don't think anything will be confirmed until Friday afternoon. Rumor around Carbondale is that he's going to give it a go, but that could just be rhetoric to make us waste time preparing for him. I guess we'll see on Friday. Even if he plays, I can't imagine him being very effective. As a great poster told me yesterday, he's not Willis Reed.

A reliable source has told me that the boot was off on Senior Night and he has been trying to give it a go and really the SIU staff is being hush hush, BUT he will try to play on Friday if he can. Basically put, if he feels ok we should see him the first 5 min of action. This is their last opportunity to make a run at it and they're gonna try to give it their best shot.

As far as for our Braves, I'm not sure whether to consider that a negative or positive? Maybe someone else can weigh in on that.

As only a casual fan this year, what were the differences in how we played between the home win and the road loss to SIU?

                            It's all about hitting shots.

We can beat SIU with or without Mullins... if we hit our shots.

Bradley really needs to win this game. The Braves will be favored--Mullins will be hobbled if at all.

I'm with BBrave--Jim Les needs this one. I think the Braves will win by 8-10 points.
