Not saying it's too few, just that it's usually more than that where the students really show up for their team's games.
What part of illegal don't you understand?

It may have been broken at the Mich. St. game, but I'm 99 percent sure the student attendance record at Carver was around 1,600 for the ISU game in '06-07.

I'll take 1,000 out of 5,000 over 5,000 out of 50,000 any day.
Here's the deal, Wyoming for football, Bradley for basketball.

hey big win for Niagara who is having good season, maybe they will make NCAA. they seem like they could upset some teams in the tourny if get right matchup. I like student sections that r passionate. props for storming the court and making the players feel like heroes. hopefully BU will storm a court sooner or later.....

I agree, but until the last three years the only game any real amount of students showed up was the ISU game. Support the team like the bluehairs do, win or lose, year in and year out.

Chico is right! Those Blue hairs do show up for every event and dole out plenty of money year in and year out. Your tuition covers your cost of attending, the bluehairs money keeps the BU in the black plus more. I use to complain about the bluehairs, I still wish they would build suites for them so the students could sit around the floor but hey they do not have them and the bluehairs have the money. It is their participation along with corporate donors that really make BU what it is.
