I gave up trying to log on yesterday for the Evansville game. It kept getting stuck on Inside Bradley Athletics and when I clicked on the live game, nothing would happen including no log in page. I tried it about 10 times and gave up. Did any of you have problems or was it just me? I have contacted BU and they have been told by JumpTV that there were no problems they were aware of yesterday. I'm curious to others and their experience yesterday. I must say, I've had some strange things happen this year when trying to get on. When I do get on, the audio seems not to be all that good. Thanks.

I have had issues all season long and I get the same do-nothing answers from them every time.

You guys should no how I feel about the quality of the feed by now. I also had a few issues yesterday and when I went through the help page I recieved a message telling me to upgrade my browser. I believe a lot of the trouble is not from Jump but from the equipment that is used by BU at Carver and through their system. When we played MSU I used their feed and it was so much better then ours, same cameras but different equipment creating the feed. The equipment that they are using is probably on Windows ME on an old Intel chip device. Jump even said that they are getting a bunch of complaints regarding our feed com[ared to others. Let's complain to the BU folks because I'm convinced that is where 99% of the issues start with outdated equipment. If they need someone to run this correctly please contract me or the guys here who run this site. I'm sure I could find a way to make money and run a much better product.

I had absolutely no problems with the feed for yesterday's EU game (I think this was a first....at least in a lonngggg time).

One thing is certain: If it's a BU home game there's a good chance of a problem or at least a very poor quality picture. It's definately the equipment -- SFP's got it right. Let's hope BU upgrades next year.

Does it matter if you have Firefox or IE?

Good question. I'm using IE to access the BU site.

for all the glitz and glamour surrounding the centennial campaign, you'd think that the University would pony up for a decent broadcast. It is beyond embarrassing that we as alumni have to put up with this garbage year after year. Whoever decided upon this vendor for the broadcast should be let go, not only for the choice, but for failing to address the problem accordingly.

I have no idea, but for some reason I think it is out of the hands of the U. I think it might have something to do with PCC.

Trust me... the Prez, AD, and SportsInfo Director don't like (bad/problem) things like this. That's why I think it might be more blame on PCC.

The streaming video is run by the athletic department. They are the ones who select the provider. I have subscribed to this thing since it's inception and haven't had problems actually streaming the video like I have this year. It's been awful.

Yes... but they are working with what they have to work with. I thought I heard someone say that the PCC is way outta date compared to what the new Markin Center is gonna be able to provide.

That sux it has gotten worse for ya DblB.

As much as I would like to "watch" Bradley... I prefer listening to Snell and Co. Not only is Snell and Co. great, but I prefer to hear it as it happens and not see it after it happens.

Snell and Coach in sync with the video feeds is about as good as it gets.

MM, I've run both FireFox and IE and both are the same.

Since I go to all the games, I have never watched on BUBraves.tv.

But for anyone who has had problems with the service, please let Bradley know. They very much want the BUBraves.tv to work well for users, and will try to fix whatever problems there are. But if you don't let them know, it might not get fixed.

I would recommend that each person having problems please email Derek Oddo, Bradley's Web Services guy, and tell him about it.-
