We are at a point now that we need to give AT some time at the 4 with SS and play DC as needed, moving TW to the 3.
I don't see JL ever considering AT at the 4.....I guess it could change but I doubt it

Your probably right. I hope not
There is no team in the the MVC that can match up to us the whole game, if our bigs come to play! BU will win the the MVC this year!

We look like a very disorganized team on offense , C.Roberts appears to be afraid to shoot the ball and coach Les appeared on the sideline as though he was so mad that he did not have a clue on how to try and fix any of the teams problems during the last 15 minutes of the 2nd half. E.McCain and D.Norris have got to take better control of the ball as they have to many unforced turnovers. T.Wilson has had so many bad calls go against him lately that he finally reacted to one of them, you hate to see a player do that but I fully understand why he reacted as he is working his tail off to try to help the team win. I still have a hard time understanding why AT does not get at least 5 to 6 minutes of playing time per game.

This team looked mentally spent tonight. They had been taking care of the ball pretty well, but made some uncharacteristic t/o's tonight. I guess the two previous losses took a lot out of them.

I believe for us to bounce back we will need leadership from the coaches and the players that have been touted as the leaders on the team. If not, the rest of the season could be bad.

Well, that was a 4 hour trip well worth it... how can we not win in that high school gym they call home?

At least the people I sat next to were extremely nice, and they felt for Bradley's troubles.

I would be as mad as Les if I were him also. He did try to fix the problems, but the execution was awful. He is not stupid, as some people are implying, and he knows what to do but he is not out on the court, and has to rely on inexperienced / fundamentals-lacking players to try to get the job done.

I was very disappointed with the overall effort last night. We had moments of energy and looked like we had it together...however they were few and far between. IMO I still think that too many guys are at or already have reached their breaking point, hitting the wall. We have really begun to slide down the hill and may, just may, end up where we were predicted.

IMO, I still think that we lack that go to guy and have no true leadership on the court. I am not trying to slam anyone, but when things start to go south, someone on the floor has to take over and keep the guys toeing the line. I don't think we have that out there right now.

                    Just frustrated right now

There where some who ? the captains selection and the overlook of the seniors This team has little or no court leadership all year
Young and new = none or very little

Need a shake-up to get three more wins. This is a good team that needs to regroup. Concentration is a big factor right now and bickering with the refs and losing composure isn't helping.
Are you kidding? Last five games.....Norris has 3 assists and 7 turnovers; Sam has 11 assists and 3 turnovers. I would much rather have McCain or Sam at the point before Norris.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned our shooting. If we shoot well, all those turnovers and struggles against Drake's zone would not have mattered. This group just has a difficult time shooting well on a consistent basis.

                            Lowered expectations... secret to happiness

My lowered expectations for the Drake game were reached. Going in I expected: Drake to shoot and make plenty of open threes, BU to miss free throws, BU to miss many threes, DC to play sleepy, freshman to make freshman mistakes, and for BU to lose by double digits. All my lowered expectations were reached and I was not mad after the game. Things went according to exactly what was expected. I'm not mad after this loss. I'm in a good mood. I'm not posting a rant. Lowered expectations, the secret to happiness... just ask my wife.

Might be a little early to say Egolf is one of BU's two best players...I think he was our best big man on our team for two games early in the season, and I have high hopes that what he "flashed" early this season before the injury will be just the beginning of what will be a great season next year. Truthfully, I'm interested to see where he stacks up against Prosser next year...there will be some interesting battles for playing time at the "4" / "5" spots. You don't want to miss those pre-season exhibitions next year!

I have also wanted JL to try a lineup with AT and SS on the floor for quite some time. I am not saying this change would be the solution to win games, but as OOB states, this would move TW to the 3 and give AT some much needed division 1 experience If the staff doesnt want to do this, then I really dont understand why we couldnt ease AT into the lineup in a rotation with SS and DC. We could adjust everyones minutes at the 5 according to how well or poorly they play. ----and we would have some extra fouls to give to the MVC refs at the 5 spot----
