No offense but the board always predicts a great upcoming year for the Braves.

Indiana State is the only team with no chance in St. Louis. Missouri State has the easy part of their schedule coming up and will finish pretty well most likely...probably a similar run to what Wichita has been on lately.

I feel this team can very well play for a championship in SL in March so why wait until next year.

With that being said the MVC is very oepn and really we have 7 or 8 teams that could reallistically play for the championship but I really do like our chances.
I'm with you. There are two teams that I'd rather meet on Sunday being UNI and CU but I like our chances and since UNI counts on it's 3 so much I believe by Sunday their legs will not be there to carry them through. CU on the other hand either has our number or we just do not match up well against them. We should be able to beat anyone else IMHO if our bigs show up!

We'll win the next 15 games in a row.

The board is never unanimous on anything. There is just as much gloom and doom here as kool aid. How many people predicted Bradley would be fighting for 2nd place? There were more who were predicting a Thursday night game in the tournament.

But the committee will snub us into the play-in game, so we'll "only" tie our best season, ever

Crap, I meant 16 games in a row.

                6 Valley games
                BB
                3 MVC tourney games
                6 NCAA games

I agree.... we need a bruiser of some kind. Is it even possible to get a Juco big that isn't average or below average? Seems like what the doctor is ordering. The big programs get the juco bigs that are worth anything... Be great if we could pull off a steal.

I find it frustrating that so many fans throw their hands up in defeat after any particular loss. Maybe if you were raised by Cardinals fans (like I was) you would have more resolve, but there's still quite a bit of season left to play. We knew this team was young, we knew there were a lot of injuries, so we should expect some lumps and frustrations and close losses.. But the killer instinct can come out of no where when a team finally matures, and if that comes this season, we have a chance at a run into the NIT or even NCAA (an outside chance, since there's only one possible way we make it). You have every right to criticize and critique Les and the players, you can be realistic about postseason chances, but it's pretty much obnoxious to throw up the white flag and pray for next year when a particular day doesn't go our way. Man up and support the guys until the season is over.
Here's the deal, Wyoming for football, Bradley for basketball.

I'm a cardinals fan and I am done being positive. I've jinxed us since going positive. Also as a cardinals fan I probably should continue to not care about sports for the baseball season as well. That will be a long season.

Are you sure your not a cub fan in disguise or is this your way of helping both Braves & Cards win/

It's not the losing that hurts as much as it's how we lost, and on our home floor to boot.

I've jinxed the braves...and now I hope they will start winning. The cardinals are just gonna suck....so it'll be good not to get into the season with them...that'll just be too hard to take

                                I'm pretty superstitious.
