  • UNI at Bradley Tuesday, 2/3 7:05 pm

Bradley's next game is at home against University of Northern Iowa on Tuesday, Feb. 3, at 7:05 pm.

Halftime promotion is Quick Change. Will they have anything different in their routine, or will it be exactly the same as it has been for the last 10+ years?
Joomla! - the dynamic portal engine and content management system

They have performed all over the world. I didn't know they lived in Glenview, Illinois!
By the way, though they are not giving away many of their trade secrets, the Quick Change artists, David and Dania, are marketing some of their costume items.

David and Dania are the most successful to ever perform a quick-change act. But they were far from the first or most original. There have been similar magicians who have done the quick-change act for well over 100 years. And the Quick Change act by David and Dania is almost identical to a famous Russian act from the 1950's. Here is a bit of history about quick-change art, see the section about the Russian Sudarchikovi's, who the David and Dania have modeled their Quick Change act after.-

And another contemporary quick change act-
Quick Change artists, Dance Illusions Corporate events magician, illusionist, dancer and entertainer Keelan Leyser performs Las Vegas style corporate entertainment events, new product launches, sales meetings, motivational speeches, and conventions using custom trade show booths, exhibit designs, magic shows, and illusions

The game is not scheduled for broadcast TV, but will be available on BUBraves.tv.

Bradley is 13-9, 7-4 in the MVC and tied for 2nd.
University of Northern Iowa is 16-6, 10-1 in the MVC and in 1st place.

UNIU lost their first MVC game at home to Indiana State, and since then have won 10 straight. Their last game was an 81-59 win at Indiana State.

Their starting 5 are all averaging between 9.4 ppg and 11.5 ppg.-
Kwadzo Ahelegbe- 11.4 ppg, leads team with 3.1 assists per game
Adam Koch- 11.5 ppg, 4.8 rpg
Ali Farokhmanesh- 10.5 ppg, 39.4% on threes
Johnny Moran- 9.9 ppg, 38.8% on threes
Jordan Eglseder- 9.4 ppg, 57.2% from the floor, 5.8 rpg

NOW! This game REALLY matters. A win and we will be a strong contender for a 2nd place finish. A loss and we could finish in our, all to often 5th place, 2:30 game, in the Valley Tournament!
IMO, BU wins comfortably, if their "D" creates "O".8-10pts.

We hang on to that 10 point lead this time around. No reason we can't get a 10 point lead or better at home if we did it on the road at UNI.

NO EXCUSES......NO MERCY!....BU just flat out has to win this one!!! If we play like we did at ISU and get some production from DC & SS we will win by 10 or more.

                    Do we finally score 70?

In all reality this game will be decided by how it is called by the officiating crew...

I believe BU prevails in a tightly called game...

If they let Moran, O'Rear, and Koch grab fistfulls of uni and trip and elbow players all night (like they did up there) we'll be in for another long one...

Pretty sure when next week rolls around, it won't matter if it's 1 point in double OT or a 20 point win.

A win is a win right now.

ESPECIALLY over the 3-games-ahead league-leading team. Like it or not, they're the Drake of this year. No one expects it, everyone counts on them to fold, and they keep pulling it out.

I agree this is a big game for us. A win would be great even if we don't finish first. We can at least say we beat the potential Valley champion (not a done deal though), and we have a nice win against ISU. This could help for possible NIT seeding later on as well as Valley tournament seeding. So lets get this game tonight and knock UNI down a spot or two!
