BUFAN, lets get one thing straight I do appreciate both of these guys as I do All the BU players There is No other poster or person that has admired what SS has done for BU and especially all that he has been through. I have said there is no other player in college basketball that is playing today that has had all the serious injury's, that he has. In fact I would like someone to name one, if there has ever been a player that has had this many injuries and still played. I know of none
As for my earlier post, I maybe have been a little bit out of control, I apologize. Their bad game is what drove me to that. I know any player can/will have them. But as seniors playing in maybe their biggest game and maybe the last game against ISU, I thought they should of turned it up and just played harder It did not happen and I feel it was the factor in losing. Sorry
There is no team in the the MVC that can match up to us the whole game, if our bigs come to play! BU will win the the MVC this year!

No problem Out, we are all a little frustrated, and everyone got caught up in the moment. SS is dear to all of us and DC has made some major strides since he first arrived. No harm no foul...

He also got triple teamed once and again tried to shoot vs finding a wide open player and kick it back out. OUCH.

I will NEVER question Sams heart....players have bad games. He didn't have his best for sure. Lets all hope home cookin turns em both around. Tuesday is HUGE.
Steve Nash is from Canada and I think his instincts are pretty good. DC not being aggressive has nothing to do with where he is from.

If that happens, who's fault will that be???

He does make things happen...I agree with you there. I guess I was thinking once someone plays more they get scouted and teams adjust when that guys plays...but when SS and DC both are not playing well then depending on matchups it sure wouldn't hurt

I appreciate everything SS has done for us...especially this year... I am sure that DC is a fine person... But right now, if I had to choose players for a pick-up game, I would pick Jordan Prosser over DC anytime

Taylor Brown is a freshman and not a natural 5 ... our weak link. He's undersized and green. BUT ... he WANTS TO PLAY. He can jump. He can rebound. He can shoot. He hustles. He has a nose for the ball. He is a huge part of this program's FUTURE. Play him at the 5! We're undersized at the guard positions and that hasn't hurt us. Six rebounds yesterday from our two 5s! TB would get that in a half. Defensive deficiencies? Of course. But, I think the other facets of his game would balance that out. We're about 2/3 of the way through the Conference schedule and probably not going to win the Conference. Let's give him some meaningful minutes at the 5 and point toward the MVC tournament.

There are games which I feel right noe that within the first 10 minutes we know if Dc and SS are showing up or not. IF not let's not waste our time and let's put in a guy that has the cojones to play.

Gilly was a pretty good Canadian for us.
                        Can we start winning soon?

I think we are getting every ounce of basketball that we can from DC. He struggles with the speed of the game and the instincts to do the right thing. But he's all we got.

Hey all...Seen a lot on this thread. Am I the only one who thinks this says more about AT not being ready than anything else.

We need more out of a 3 star recruit.

We knew what DC was before this year.

He is totally frustrating, but he is what I thought he was...

Like the 19th ranked Illini that have no one listed over 220?
