  • WF Intro

Talk about going all out...here is the intro for the WF vs. Duke Game last night. All we need is a mascot and motorcycle and we are there. Serously, though I like how they introduced their student section as the sixth man.

ESPN's intro before Wake Forest vs. Duke on 1/28/2009Clip from ESPN
Basketball doesn't build character it reveals it.

Wow...very cool. Wake has no seniors in their starting lineup...and only one junior I think..

I can think of other forms of transportation to ride in on

That is pretty cool. I really like the movement from the student section and the music in the beginning

That's a great introduction, very original and not like the copycat Chicago Bulls music crap that we're used to seeing.

I didn't realize Chase McFarland was from Illinois and why wasn't BU or Illinois after him?

thats a really good intro. i loved the dramatic music in the beginning and the way the student section swayed back and forth like the was doing on the court. introducing the students as the 6th man was also a really nice touch.

This was a kid who was REALLY under everyone's radar in H.S. He "blew up" at Prep school out East and suddenly became visible to the "big boys".

We had a previous thread on this kid.............

It saddens me to think about the schools smaller than us but yet on a different level. Why not us?

Lovington, Illinois although it did sound like the announcer said Bloomington.

I did not know that tiny school created any quality players, as I think they coop. I can't say much though, i graduated from the massive Argenta-Oreana High School...

Also, CAN WE GET RID OF OUR TERRIBLE INTRO???

Dude, send that to the Marketing department or whoever does BU's intros. That was bad a*s. I don't think a motorcycle would fly with ours however due to all the little kids that line the court lol.
