Anyone that wants to go to this game should call the BU ticket office ASAP. There won't be an empty seats and you might not be able to walk up Friday night and get in.
That's a generous offer, lefty. Be sure they go to Bradley fans.
The BU-ISU women's game Friday at the ICC gym will be a sellout, but Bradley still has some tickets left. I encourage anyone who wants to see the game to get tickets now. The reason it is certain to be a sellout is that ISU has requested a number of additional tickets for their fans. If Bradley can't sell the remaining tickets to BU fans, they will be released and will go to ISU fans.
Tickets will be available tonight at the Wichita State men's game for members of the Bradley Braves Club. Visit the Braves Club room tonight to get tickets. Seating is general admission, and the gymnasium is small, so every seat is a good seat.

Bradley (13-5 overall, 4-3 MVC) is currently tied for fifth in the Missouri Valley Conference standings and owns a nine-game home win streak. The preseason MVC favorite, Illinois State is 15-4 overall and tied with Indiana State for first in the Valley standings with a 6-1 league record.
Friday??™s game will be televised in the Peoria area on WTVP Channel 47 and will also be broadcast on WMBD 1470 AM.
BU refused to give ISU a block of tickets to sell to their fans for this game. The only tickets BU gave to ISU were for family members of the ISU athletes.
Any ISU fan who wanted to get tickets for this game HAD to do so thru BU's ticket office.
I don't know the MVC rules, but I believe Bradley has complied with the rules in providing tickets to ISU. I am sure you understand that in the temporary situation that the BU women find themselves in, they are limited to the capacity of the ICC gym which someone told me is around 1500 or less. I had heard that if there were extras, that BU would then get extras to ISU, but they want to make sure their own fans get priority, which is what every team does, including ISU.
cpacmel- I have checked with the authorities, and I was indeed correct. Bradley provided 50 tickets to ISU for this game, behind the ISU bench. That complies with the minimun required amount according to the MVC rules.
Usually, home teams try to accomodate any requests for extra tickets by visiting teams, but in this year's game, the small size of the ICC gym made that impossible. Bradley knew they could sell the remaining tickets to their own fans, and did so.
Great crowd at the game tonight, but ISU played as well as it's possible to play, and pulled away from Bradley late in the first half. They lead 43-29 at the half, and Bradley struggled to stay even in the second half.
The final score was 74-58
Monica Rogers, Sonya Harris, and Raisa Taylor all had good games, scoring inside and rebounding well. Skye Johnson played well, but everyone else had trouble scoring.
