Cellus played his final summer league game Saturday as the Dallas Mavericks team finally won a game.

Dallas beat the Washington Wizards 120-99 to finish 1-4 in the Los Angeles Summer League competetion.

    Saturday's box score:

Cellus was 5-9 for 12 points and 3 rebounds.

I notice former North Carolina player and 2nd round draft pick David Noel played 44 minutes to Cellus' 15 and lead them in scoring with 26 points. He seems like a player very similar to Cellus, so there is no chance of Cellus being signed by the Mavs.

I think you guys should ALL be NBA scouts. After a lackluster freshman year, a nine game suspension in his sophomore year, and playing in 3 games, you all KNEW Patrick was destined to be in the NBA in 2006-2007.
WOW! That is awesome! How did I miss that?

I don't think anyone knew any such thing, only that he had the potential and it certainly could not be ruled out, especially if you're betting....
And it was an eight game suspension.

I think it was the fact that POB had stood out at a couple Big Man camps over the summer, including one (the Pete Newell Camp) that included a number of NBA players. Also, a dozen NBA scouts had been issued credentials to attend Bradley's first game at DePaul, then they still kept coming to games all year after POB became eligible. There are not many sophomores who get that kind of attention. It wasn't hard to see that the NBA was very interested in him.
