I disagree. His body is much more muscular than POB's. Kinda has the look of an Alonzo Mourning (hope he plays half as good). I've got a good feeling about this kid. If he can keep his grades up I think he will be a dominating player in The Valley before he's through.
I can already see him swatting away shots and rebounding with animal tenacity............
Don't remember POB but X is really skinny unless he has beefed up the last 6 mo. I saw him play once in Jan and you didn't know he was on the court. he just didn't do much..but it was only one game.

But we all know the BTMA offense runs purely and only through the coach's main meal ticket, Mac Koshwal, so XC didn't get a lot of opportunities I suspect.

Like I said only one gameT but Cass was pretty good and another guard..can't remember the name played pretty good also. The team as a whole was not very impressive that night

That's why I can't really be confident one way or the other. Somewhere along the line he must have impressed someone, or else those other schools wouldn't have been after him. I have no doubt your assessment is correct lefty. Taking a chance on a kid this big is a chance worth taking though. Hopefully he'll suprise us all the way POB did.
I am kind of in the middle on X. There are too many unknowns surrounding him. He's been bouncing around high schools, and hasn't played much in the past couple of years. He's also 6'10" and athletic. I am not going to place any expectations on him just yet, but I think it's hard to go wrong by taking a chance on a kid like this. The upside, as we saw with POB, is tremendous.
i agree with you. it is hard to go wrong with a 6'10" that is athletic, unless he goes to siu.(i.e.nick evans)
