Ugly game of the night

Poor Rick Majerus. His team has had trouble scoring these last 2 years. And tonight they trailed Temple 43-16 at halftime. They are doing a litle better in the 2nd half, but not much.

One other thing I noted was that in Washington's win over Wash. State, Scott Suggs, ex-BU recruit, didn't play at all.
But that's not so unusual...the only recent game he HAS played in was Washington's win over DII Seatlle.
He's played in only ONE of the last 6 games, and only 6 games since Christmas.
He's only made 8 baskets all season, and with the exception of the 30 pt blowout-garbage time he got vs. Seattle, he hasn't played more than 8 minutes per game but averages only 5 mpg in the games he does play.
He is very talented and could well have been the Freshman of the Year in the Valley.
There are strong rumors he is not happy at Washington and wants to leave.

The talk I heard on sports-talk radio here in St. Louis (KFNS 590) is that Suggs wants out of Washington, and wants to transfer to Missouri. However, he has checked out Missouri's coaching situation, and apparently MU's Mike Anderson is high on the want-list of several other high-level schools, so Suggs is planning to wait to be sure Anderson will still be at Missouri if he transfers.
