I noticed Coach Les was not wearing his suit jacket during the 1st half last night. Then he did wear it the 2nd half. Strange. Was he not feeling well? Was it too hot in the arena the 1st half and cold the 2nd half? Does anyone know what was going on?

Well at least he was wearing clothes!Bradley 72 - Illini 68 Final
???It??™s awful hard,??™??™ said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??™s a hometown thing. It??™s bragging rights.??™

I've always thought it was silly for basketball coaches to wear suits. Is this a basketball game or a freaking board meeting? It's not a fashon show either even if some coaches think it is. A suit does not make you coach better or win games. I hate suits. I also hate the person who invented the tie! I can hear that original conversation: "Gee Brucey, let's see how it looks if we put this pretty silk scarf around a man's neck--oh, it's just fab."
Let's get our coach in school colors and out of that GQ suit!!!

Well, I hate to make this a boring story, since it's much more fun to come up with more creative reasons why Jim was jacket-les in the first half.... but... it seemed as if during the pre-game, the lining in his suit was falling out in the back and he sent it in to be repaired during the first half. Dang... I wish I could have made that more exciting.Don't dream it... Be it!
