  • Bradley at Indiana State Tuesday-6:05pm -Indiana State's top player injured

Next game: Bradley at Indiana State on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2009, at 6:05 pm.
Bradley is now 10-6 overall, and 4-1 in the MVC. Bradley's RPI is currently 59. Indiana State is 4-12 overall, and 2-3 in the MVC, and their RPI is currently 212.

The game will be carried on Comcast cable channel 74.

Injury notes- Bradley remains without 2 of their starters as Indiana native Andrew Warren, and Will Egolf are both redshirting.

Junior guard Harry Marshall, Indiana State's best player, suffered what is being called a hamstring injury in the overtime period on Saturday night against Illinois State. He sat out the last 3 minutes 4 seconds of the overtime, and will be reevaluated today. His status for Tuesday is uncertain. Marshall missed the first semester with an academic suspension, and has only played in Indiana State's last 8 games.
In the 8 games he played, he was leading the team with 36.5 min per game, 14.0 points per game, and 3.9 assists per game.
David Moss had a similar injury for Indiana State in 2006 and missed a month of play.

#1 Priority - win by playing good defense and beating the zone.

#2 Priority - win against a team that is terrible without its best player.

We really really really need to get all (or at least 2) of these winnable road games. SIU is improving but still has some big flaws. Northern Iowa is pretty good but not great. Then we come back and have 2 easy home games, but starting at ISU, the rest of the schedule is so tough.

Didn't Creighton play without their leading scorer Saturday night?

The way I see it...the Braves need to take a W' on this road game to help make up for the home loss to cu! There is a slight chance I might go to this game and last year I was 2-0 on road games winning @ uni and nationally ranked du!

We need more than just a W there now...we needed a W there before the loss at home Saturday...

Now we need a W there and another at either SIU or UNI...take your pick...

The latest from the Terre Haute Tribune Star about Indiana State's leading scorer Harry Marshall-

ISU floor leader Marshall doubtful Tuesday vs. Bradley, but there??™s no tear in hamstring

Beat me to it MM- Let's worry about who is on the court- and stopping them! Witter and Young hit us up for 27- so let's not let that happen at InSu!
???We all want Bradley to win. If our methods and visions for that are different, then so be it. Don't ever attempt to tell me I am not a fan!???

It looks like Bradley's timing of traveling to Terre Haute is pretty good. I'm assuming that they won't have another 10,200 sellout and the '79 jerseys on like they did on Saturday night. Their first two Valley home games got 3325 & 2988.

Schedule shows this as being broadcast on FSN. Is that still true or will it just be a comcast game ?

Wasn't their an announcement at the game Saturday that the In. State game will be on Comcast and not Fox Sports? I remember that announcement but maybe it was for another game perhaps.

                          Indiana St.

You are correct, Paul Herzog did make that annoucement. The game is on Comcast not FSMW.
Tomorrow night at 6:00 PM on FSMW you can watch, Amazing Sports Stories.
"Billy Miske Dead Man Fighting." However, you CANNOT watch Bradley @Indy St.

We always have trouble against quick guards who can shoot off the dribble...

Must win if we expect to stay in the top 3 of the conf.; they cannot keep giving away free tickets so the crowd will probably be closer to 3 to 4000.
