Question about Redbird Arena.....

if anyone wants to come say hi i got tickets like a week ago and was shocked i got stuck in FF....sec FF row 16 seat 1 haha. but i also ordered six seats in a row. still though only the upper bowl like back 3 rows were available.

(not picking on you FW-O, just using you to "gloat" and make my post)

If I wanted to go to this game (or any game in B/N), I could yank a chain and get a really good seat no problem (even if it IS sold out).



But it actually makes my skin break out to be around so many rabid Redbird fans.

haha its ok (even though FF is the worst). well that always made we wonder. i went to tulsa last year for game 3 and was in the rafters while the select were on the floor. what kinda of money must i front or what kinda connections do people like yourself have to get seats behind the bench or choice areas?

For Bradley games - I can't answer that one. I just have a relative who can hook me up at Redbird Arena. I went once years ago to watch ISU play Akron (who was picked that year by some to win the MAC and had a guy named Jamal Ball). I was kinda hoping to watch ISU lose, instead had to cheer for them as they won.

It's all in fun. Recall I started a congrats thread on this board after you beat us a few weeks ago. This was a great game in a great Arena with a great atmosphere with 2 good teams. Just glad my team played a little better at the end.

Anyone at the game got their money's worth. Perhaps a 3rd game in St. Louis is on the horizon?

Congrats to you and the REDBIRD Bird fans and students. After hearing all the horror stories about the fans and students at REDBIRD, I avoded it like the plague.
Today, I made my inaugral visit to RedBIRD arena!
The expeirnce was pleasuable. You have a great arena and the fans, except for the solo paper airplane fight,were great.
Good natured ribing, but I did not hear any profanities and not one piece of food ventured my way.
I will return!

I could say something about being happy to get away from (insert insulting comment about isu/bloomington/redbrid arena) but since you took the time to dig this thread up i will say that I did not walk out of the arena happy. Point goes to DannyCooksey. If anyone is keeping score for stuff like this.
