Spencer Laurie, who was averaging 10.1 ppg for Missouri State has a broken bone in his left hand (non-shooting hand), and will miss at least 2 weeks. Missouri State is 7-8 overall, but 0-4 in the MVC. Leading scorer Chris Cooks, missed several games with a concussion, but returned to score 9 points in the loss at Evansville Wednesday.
