This is the second straight year, I have called the Bradley Ticket Office, ordered tickets with credit card number and all, got confirmed that I got tickets, and then showed up at the will call and no tickets for me to be found. What is the deal ticket office?!

No, actually several complaints made on this board have accomplished quite a bit and solved many people's problems.

If I were you I'd get online with my credit card company and check recent transactions as your proof and print this off.

You could always contest the charge with your Credit Card company, as you did not receive what you paid for. (and the card company will quickly credit your account, then take up the issue with the merchant (BU or Ticketmaster in this case?)
But no reputable merchant wants to deal with a credit card company like that, (sometimes the threat of a contested charge will cause some unwilling merchants to bend) so BU should work out a proper refund or credit with you.

My only issue with the BU ticket office was with the MVC tourney tickets 2 years ago. We, along with several others, had to pick them up at will-call in St. Louis. When we tried to do this Thursday evening near the start of the first game, the tickets had not yet been dropped off by the BU ticket office people. We were stuck waiting in the lobby of the Savvis Center until someone from BU finally showed up with the tickets and we got in during the second half of the game. The promised partial refund for the partial game missed from the BU guy never materialized...
I have my fingers crossed our tickets will be there on March 5th this year...

There's a big difference between using the Civic Center box office and the Bradley Ticket Office. Here's a reminder of what I went through when trying to purchase tickets in person at the PCC box office......
The Peoria Civic Center didn't even know the Lewis game was on sale until I went somewhere else and called to let them know! I was at the box office around 10:15 and the girl told me Bradley tickets don't go on sale until November 3. I told her I was under the impression that the game against Lewis went on sale today (Oct. 6) and asked her why the November 3rd game wouldn't go on sale until November 3 and she told me that's when Bradley tickets go on sale. So I went to Schnucks, got my tickets, and called the Civic Center box office to let them know their November 3 event was indeed on sale! What a joke!???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12
