The Chicago Tribune gets it right again! Another great piece by John 'Moon' Mullin!

    Onward and Upward!

Another Chicago area article. This is from Jim O'Donnell of the Sun Times group. I think O'Donnell is a Bradley grad.

Maybe it is nitpicking, but O'Donnell must have been reading the ESPN "Play-by-Play" in making an error in his story. He says, "ISU got as close as 50-47 on an Emmanuel Holloway jumper with 1:03 remaining, but Bradley finished with a 6-5 run to settle the game."

That's simply incorrect. The game was 50-45 with 1:44 left, then Singh made his layup off a great pass by Wilson, which was followed up by two Wilson FTs. The game was 54-45 when Holloway hit the jumper in the lane off a missed 3-pointer. ISU never got within three points.

Again, maybe it's nit picky, but I like getting the facts correct when I write stories and I wonder how close he was watching the game.
      Go Braves!

That is the silliest thing. No team, from today until they stop playing basketball, is going to go undefeated after being "prepared" with a schedule like Illinois State possesses. It is a completely different animal playing good teams on the road.
