There was a kid that played on the same high school team as EM that was a scoring machine? Does anyone know how he is doing this year and are we after him? He may only be a jr. this year?

We already have one of those and it hangs from the rafters. It also keeps track of time and other things. I think road teams have them to... I really liked the old fashion one that used to hang at Robertson. I wonder where that is now?

You may be talking about Cedric Jenkins. He's another "smurf", and I doubt he's better than McCain.

      His MySpace page (mentions Eddrin)..............http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm...endID=87065818

Cedric Jenkins is just a junior this year at Reserve Christian HS.

He is a high-scoring 6'1" shooting guard, and getting interest from some SEC and Big 12 schools. Bradley is also following him.
He is not really a point guard, and may be a better shooter than Eddren.

By the way, Reserve Christian is in a class of schools in Louisiana that does not play football, so they are allowed to begin playing their basketball games earlier, and play about 50 games total. They have already played well over 20 games, and Jenkins is averaging around 20 points per game.

I used to spot for the guy that ran the individual scoreboard I think you are talking about on the student side of the Fieldhouse. The last game it was in use was the Louisville game in 1974.
What part of illegal don't you understand?

followup on Eddren's teammate at Reserve, Cedric Jenkins...

Cedric is now in his senior season...6-2 and solid...and a good combo/scoring guard..but Reserve has closed and Cedric is now at Riverside Academy.
He averged 19 ppg as a freshman, 21 ppg as a soph, 23 ppg as a junior, and now also a great team leader...and although I cannot find his average....every game he is hitting for 17, 20, 26 etc...

I don't know about the old-old fashioned one....but my father, who was the Fieldhouse director (among other administrative duties) for awhile in the 90's, had the horn out of the old scoreboard hidden under his desk in the office! Certain visitors got quite the surprise when they stopped in!!!
Some see a hopeless end, while others see an endless hope.
