First Valley preseason report

Is anyone else as surprised as me that these guys have Wisconsin as preseason #4 and Indiana at #31?

I am very surprised at the ranking of Wisconsin.
They have always had a great home court advantage, but they have
never been good on the road and they never beat tough opponents on the road.
It has been pointed out before how poorly Wisconsin has perennially played on the road.

Here is their road record the last few years.
2005-2006: 2-8
2004-2005: 5-6
2003-2004: 5-6

will the valley be stronger as a league this upcoming season than last year? sure seems to look that way, with maybe a team or two with an immediate top 25 ranking.
