TB and AT combined for 15 minutes....

10 -23 on FT's 19-23 makes this a real easy game....and an excpected margin, although I remember someone stating that it would not matter what the margin was......

      Overall shooting percentage- 54.3%
      Three point shooting- 46.7%
      Rebounding- Bradley 45 SIU-E 25
10 blocked shots, 4 by David Collins
A well officiated game, except the ridiculous charging foul called on Dodie Dunson after he made a layup, and the defender ran under him 2 feet under the backboard. It negated the basket, and drew a warning for Jim Les from the official. I still contend that I almost never see officials in major conferences call the kind of call, but we continue to see it frequently in the MVC. Very bush-league.

Very nice line from DC... And a good one from the Edge. He was looking a bit tired to me at times, but nice on the 5:1 assist:turnovers.

That charging call on DD had me insane also. Was also a period of the 2nd half where the refs declared open season on all Canadians and DC was hacked, abused, shot full of arrows, and set afire, all without a whistle being called. A nice thing, though, was Collins finished a couple of shots in that environment.

Wow...Thompson and Brown are probably looking for places who actually feel like using big men at this point. Especially AT. Honestly...what's the point? Why even recruit bigs? Let's just play guys 6'5" and under forever and see how far that gets us.

Kind of surprised Brown played so little after Theron was turning the ball over so much.

Yeah I can't see Brown being too satisfied or "okay" with not getting much p.t. in that game. He's helped us win in much more important games....

If we lose these two players and YES, its very possible...

The only ppl we can blame are those of the coaching staff who still into 11 games of this season absolutely do not know who their players are...

                    Its just sad really.

What is sad? Did I miss something? Are Brown and Thompson leaving?

Sorry, that was just a rhetorical question.
No, they are not leaving. They are both perfectly happy at Bradley. They realize, as does everyone else, that they have to work harder to earn playing time, it doesn't come easy. We are talking about 2 freshmen 11 games into their playing careers. There are reasons their playing time is limited, and they know what those reasons are. It involves much more than what the stats show, though sometimes fans may only see those numbers in the box score and assume that if player X scores 4 points in 4 minutes, that means he would average 40 points if the coach only played him more. Sometimes players come out of a game because they miss defensive assignments, or they don't know where they should be in an offensive play. I am confident the coaches know better than any fan does who should get the playing time.

I don't know what you're talking about. Us BradleyFans posters, with our vast basketball IQ and game-only viewing can just as well determine if someone deserves playing time or not. Jim Les doesn't get ANYTHING from being courtside, having personal interactions, and seeing them in games, practices, and workouts. There's no way that he (and the other assistants) could know more than what we see from 40 minutes a week.

                        Oh wait....
