the game was close for a while, and within 6 pts under 6 minutes to go as Creighton missed 11 of their first 12 3-pointers, then got hot late in the game to pull away.
But Southern had no ball handlers & 29 turnovers compared to Creighton's 9 turnovers, so this should have been a blowout.
Just by playing at Creighton and losing, Southern's RPI jumps from 343 to 336!
Creighton's RPI drops considerably to 91! FOUR of Creighton's eight wins now are against teams with one or fewer wins, and only two of their wins are over teams with a winning record.Comment
