I'm going to go 2-4 maybe 3-3 at the best. Drake & Creighton are sure locks for a win but the others don't look to well.

I think Central Arkansas at MSU is more of a lock than SFA at the Drake.

Im feeling positive today... we go 4-2, only losses are Indy St. and Evansville.
This is just the tip of the iceberg...

Not sure how past tournaments have drawn, but the UNI-Wyoming game isn't on the Cowboys home floor, where they are very hard to beat. It's at a "neutral" court in Casper, WY. That site is 3 1/2 hours from Laramie, where the University of Wyoming is.

This should give the Panthers a better chance.
        Go Braves!

So far UNI and Indiana State have lost but if Evansville keeps playing like they have been this season, they may replace us as the traditional Thursday night team this year. Evansville currently slaughtering a decent Western Kentucky team, 47-16 with 17 minutes left. Don't have the stats or anything but that's a monsterous effort for the 6-1 Aces.

Evansville up by 34 on Western Kentucky...wow. Creighton and MSU both up by double-digits. Drake struggling with SFA.

BU is an early 19 point favorite over SEMO. Man they must be terrible.

              wow---
Western Kentucky soundly beat SIU, then Evansville is putting a 36 point whupping on Western Kentucky.
Evansville will go to 7-1 and I'd like to hear from all those informed folks who have been mocking Evansville this season saying they don't deserve a high RPI...

Eglseder had a big game 31 pts/11 reb.
but nobody else on UNI seems to have showed up...

Stephen Curry went for 41 again tonight and took only 22 shots to do it.

Evansville, Creighton and Missouri State all post solid point total wins. While Indiana State, UNI and Drake lose. Valley goes 3-3 today. Drake's loss was probably the toughest of the 3 as it was at home against an average team. Think it's going to be one of those seasons in the Valley where we all just cannibalize on each other.

Don't forget, Western Kentucky beat top 10 Louisville earlier this year if I'm not mistaken! Either Evansville is this year's Drake, or Western Kentucky did not take them seriously. Either way, great win for Evansville, and I would be afraid of them for now!

But we'll see just how good Evansville REALLY is when they play at North Carolina later this week!

OR Western Kentucky shot close to 20% from the field...

Hard to keep games close, let alone shoot that poorly on the road and expect to win.

A number of us picked Evansville last in the preseason predictions, maybe out of habit since they finished 10th last year.

But one poster thought UE would be better than that

Evansville's RPI has fallen from 6 to 16...UNC's is up to 17. Good thing for the Tarheels that game is at UNC, as that may be just enough to carry them to victory at the end.

Ill have to agree here, I watched most of the game and WKU missed everything they shot. Evansville though has some veteran players and they play an offense that allows for some solid ball movement and the were doing a very nice job in attacking the WKU zone from a high low ball movement. They had a center who could pass and the other thing is never underestimate the value in a 4 year senior starting point guard.

Holsinger will finish in the top 3 for Valley MVP this year... book it.
