That and I think before the end of the year, Darian will win us some games w/ his shooting...I still feel as though he is the best pure shooter from 3 that we have...he just needs to get a few minutes in and get on a roll so to speak.
As you know SLB22 so far this team has shown it is not a good 3 point shooting team and we haven't been able to establish a inside game. My opinion is by improving the inside game with AT, SS, and TW will lead to better looks and more time for the 3 point shot. I know how you feel about DC, as I am frustrated with his play but maybe, just maybe he can come off the bench at some point like he did last year in the CBI and help the team.
Thats my spell how I see us turning this thing around and competing for the MVC title. I still think with the way the valley is this year, we have as much chance as any one to win it. Just got to do a 180 and get back on top of our game. There is no team in the the MVC that can match up to us the whole game, if our bigs come to play! BU will win the the MVC this year!

I feel that as of today SM, DD and EM have shown to be the three best guards. I also think moving TW out to the 3 will help these guards with their D. I also like the idea of AT working into the line up at the 4 next to SS. That will give us a better inside game while giving AT a chance to play more and get a feel for D-1 play without just throwing him to the wolfs. He is really skinny and the 4 is the best spot for him right now, also SS is playing pretty good and this would help his game to. With TB and CR coming in off the bench will give us a big lift at the 3 & 4 and maybe TB at the 5 at times against smaller line ups or for short runs.

Also, am I the only one that feels maybe Sammy should be our 6th man? After watching him play last year, I feel like maybe he would serve us better being that spark off the bench to come in and knock down some shots once the game has gotten going a little bit...
Also, I feel this would be better for him as it would limit his minutes...and you can still have him in there at the end of the game when it matters most..
I just have felt that Jim has him playing too many minutes and he'll wear down from his bumps, bruises, and just simply from playing too much....
Jim really needs to get closer to evening up the minutes for Edge, Sammy, and then still give some to Darian...I'm counting on D-Norris to knock down some big shots before the end of the season for us.
Thoughts?
