uh, uh....if you are underage, then you cannot even blow a 0.01 or you are cited for underage drinking.
If you are 21, then it has to be 0.08 to be an offense.
Salley may have been drinking but he was under 0.08 and was therefore NOT cited.

If you are saying that Salley had a DUI back in January of 2008, then that's the first I have ever heard of it, and I guarantee you cannot produce any such evidence because it does not exist.


If Salley was slapped with a DUI then how the heck was he NOT suspended??

Actually Stryker and I are both saying that Matt Salley wasn't cited for anything, but was driving the car... While the other two players were in the car and were cited for underage drinking, as they had been drinking, but NOT driving.

That was actually my point. I may be mixing news stories, but I thought the two cited underage drinkers were in a car driven by Matt Salley (who being of age wasn't cited for anything, if he'd had a drink). I remember Matt being connected to something like this, and in my brain it was this same instance, but maybe I'm mixing stories like I said.

No that is correct T. I believe Salley was driving and TCS and Theron were riding along. They were not operating a motor vehicle, so their offense is nothing compared to a DUI.

I doubt anyone is watching due to the game being on ESPNU, but this Drake-ISUorange game is excellent. Drake just completed a comeback from being down 60-50, and now lead 64-62 with just under 3 mins remaining. Should be a great finish...

Great win by Drake! They will be better than expected again this year.

It's about time the Valley gets a solid win. Other than Missouri St over Auburn, and some close losses by Wichita St, the Valley has not had much to celebrate this year, though they are currently 7th in the current realtimerpi rankings! Go figure!

A BU win against undefeated Butler tomorrow night would be huge for both the Valley and BU!
