Indiana State wins first game

Indiana State went to 1-6 with a win over Lamar.
Indiana State lead the whole first half, then quickly gave the lead away in the 2nd half. Lamar lead until the final few seconds, but then Lamar tied it with 10 seconds left. Then Rashad Reed, a former teammate of Dodie Dunson's at Vincennes CC, won the game with a jumper at :00.2 seconds.
The game was played in Louisville's Freedom Hall as part of the Marques Maybin Classic.

Indiana State may get a little bit of good news. Their leading returning scorer from last year, Harry Marshall, who has been academically ineligible for the first semester, may be able to return to ther team soon.
