MVC Tourney tickets?

Has anyone heard of BU starting to circulate MVC Tourney all session ticket applications? Last year there was an earlybird registration to get a discount if completed by 12/31. Is that still the case this year?

There is a note in the Pantagraph stating that tickets go on sale at Ticketmaster on 12/15. Does anyone know if those are only upper bowl tickets? I'm assuming all of the lower bowl seats are only available through the schools and their ticket alottment?

I saw the same thing on the MVC website.
"Tickets for the 2009 State Farm MVC Basketball Tournaments go on sale Dec. 15"
Does this mean there is no longer an early discount or reserved area for each school? Is it a free-for-all for seating on Dec. 15th?
Didn't we have to wait until the schools returned unused tickets last season before they went on sale at ticketmaster?

Anyone know the story?
