Josh Bartelstein 6'4" PG Phillips Exeter Academy
A highly versatile floor leader who brings great size, passing skills, an ability to play either guard slot, and an ability to knock down shots with NBA 3-point range.
Whoa...6'4" and can apparently shoot it from anywhere

why aren't we going after him...or are we?
I have never heard any mention of Bartelstein as a BU recruit.
He is a 2009 kid, but despite making that list of available point guards, even ChicagoHoops.com does not have him listed among their top 40 kids for 2009, so I don't know whether he is a certain D1 prospect.
He could be a 1 star only because he plays for a small private school in New England, Phillips Exeter Academy. A school that is known for it's academics and not for sports. If he played for a nationally known school who knows what he would be ranked.
I for one do not care where these guys are ranked by the supposable national rankers because their methodology seems to be slightly skewed.

I want a tall guy in the range of 6-5 that can lights out shoot and has good work ethic...no matter what star ranking they have or what school they come from
Bartelstein was a 2008 recruit that decided to go the prep route and become a 2009 prospect. He's no longer in the state of Illinois and has tons of mid major level offers and a lot of high majors interested in him.
