how come we are hearing news on other valley players but nothing on cellus? whatsssssup with cellus?

I have heard that some players with few options are grabbing the ones they can get.
Undrafted players with several options are waiting to see what develops, since they aren't presently at risk of running out of options.
We will hear about Cellus soon.
