I like how they still won by 30. Curry could have had negative points and they still would have won.

Already heard about it 8 times tonight on ESPN2....

Just hadn't remembered to post it yet...

Do recall he's been moved to the PG position and isn't shooting as much or having as many plays created for him since the move...

Honestly I think its a bad move, but apparently it was his decision.

I really think Curry is trying to prove that his team is good though and he doesn't need to score 30 for them to win...he says there is so much more to his game...

Maybe he's made some believers now?

Not shooting as much? His field goal attempts are as follows: 20, 19, 29, 16, 21, 3. If anything, he is shooting more. Tonight is the exception.

Only 7 games last season did he take less than 16 shot attempts

I mean, you'd have to REALLY, REALLY try not to score if you were him....right?

Putting the ball in your back pocket counts too

Maybe he was guarded by everyone on the other team?

                Totally off topic...

It could be worse...I do recall a Ohio State football coach who was extremely angry because his players weren't covering a guy well enough and they weren't wrapping up their tackles...

Well, eventually he did something about it....he tackled the guy himself...

Actually, it was 9. And, if you are picking 16 because he shot 16 in his lowest game except tonight this year, then you should pick 16 or under. And in that case, he shot 16 or fewer shots 12 times last year.

Not trying to be mean, but he is averaging 21 shots a game this year (before Tuesday) compared to 18 a game last year. He is also getting to the line twice as much.

Maybe just chalk this up to getting some other guys some shooting practice? A guy that shoots 15-20 shots a game, doesn't accidentally shoot 3 shots a game. Either they quadruple teamed him the whole game or it was planned to shoot few shots.

Loyola-MD must have studied the tapes from the Bradley-Indiana State game 30 years ago.
I am sure others recall how Bradley and Dick Versace played Larry Bird in a game in 1978-79, by double and triple-teaming him the entire game. He scored 4 points (1 steal-breakaway basket and 2 free throws), the lowest scoring output in his entire career, high school, college, or pro.

What's interesting is that Loyola coach, Jimmy Patsos, angered Davidson coach Bob McKillop by continuing the odd defense the entire game, despite being behind by huge margins. McKillop was so ticked off, he left Curry in the game until the final minute.
