Default BU recruit- class of 2016- Malik Fitts

Bradley has offered Malik Fitts, a 2016 recruit who will play this coming season at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. He is a 6'5" small forward who had a great summer playing AAU ball and whose recruiting blew up. He graduated last spring from Damien High School in Rancho Cucamonga, California, and plans to do a prep school year at Brewster. In his senior year of HS he averaged 15.8 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.1 steals per game for a 29-5 team.
He has offers from Florida Gulf Coast, UC-Riverside, Northern Arizona, Portland, Saint Mary's (CA), South Florida, Tulsa, UC Irvine, and Bradley

He sounds very interested in Bradley:
....he said. "I definitely want to visit USF and Bradley."

Bradley target Malik Fitts commits to South Florida..
it's hard to get the east coast prep kids to come play in the midwest if they have no other connection here--
plus playing for South Florida is a bigger conference, more exposure, etc...
but I think we were in his final two choices from what he said...
Now we have to get Marquell!

yet another former Bradley recruit, Malik Fitts - is leaving USF and transferring

he was one of their key players this year, a starter who averaged almost 8 ppg/5 rpg, but they just hired a new coach, Brian Gregory, so who knows...maybe he's got no choice..
