Default Final score: Bradley 86 Little Rock 46

Bradley's next game is Wednesday, Dec. 13 against Little Rock at Carver Arena at 7:00 PM. The game will be on ESPN3.com.

The 10 day break between games is to accommodate final exams for the student-athletes. Today, Tuesday Dec. 5, is the last day of classes for the first academic semester at Bradley. Final exams start Thursday, Dec. 7 and Wednesday, Dec. 13 is the final day of exams.

Little Rock was formerly known as University of Arkansas at Little Rock, but now they downplay the name of the University of Arkansas.
The main university website now lists the name of the university as UA-Little Rock-
http://ualr.edu/www/

However, the athletic website does not mention the University of Arkansas anywhere on their website, and prefers to be known simply as the Little Rock Trojans-
http://lrtrojans.com/index.aspx?path=mbball

They are members of the Sun Belt Conference, and they were picked 10th in the 12-team conference's preseason poll.

Little Rock is 2-7 after their 69-54 loss on Saturday, Dec. 9 against Central Arkansas.

One other note- one of the players on the Little Rock roster is familiar to our coaches and is a former Bradley recruit. Damir Hadzic is a freshman at Little Rock. He has started 4 of their 9 games, and ranks 5th on the team in scoring with 6.1 ppg and he is tied for 3rd in rebounding with an average of 3.2 rpg.
Damir Hadzic is originally from Sarajevo, Bosnia, and he spent a couple seasons at Arlington County Day Prep School in Florida, where he was a teammate of Koch Bar. He played mostly as a backup post player behind Koch Bar his first season at Arlington Country Day. He became a starter and played a much more prominent role his senior year and averaged 14.7 points, 6.3 rebounds, 3.0 blocks, 3.0 assists and 2.0 steals per game. He played in the Tournament of the Champions in Washington, Illinois in both 2015 and 2016, and he was named to the All-Tournament Team in 2016.
He was recruited by Bradley coaches, and we had this info about him-

Looking forward to seeing the Braves back in action! Hopefully we come out and play the physical style of basketball that was lacking against SDSU. If we can somehow start to cut down on the turnovers things will only get better from here.

Wardle has said that Childs will start tomorrow, and Stipanovich will get more playing time

The only announced change was Childs starting in place of Koch Bar. Luuk has not started the last 6 games (he last started in the Vermont game Nov. 17).
I assume the starters will be Childs, Thomas, Brown, DLO, and Kennell.

Little Rock is not very good ... not that Bradley is great ... and now chemistry is changed and a loss of a player that produced ... maybe addition by subtraction ... had a long break to "regroup" ... Bradley wins. We win by 15.

Tonight is the first game without Jojo McGlaston.
The season tickets for tonight's game are a bit ironic-

Default No Kidding

Yeah, very ironic. I'll miss JoJo's athleticism, but I'm sure Eli and Stip will show up and play well. I'm excited for them and I am 100% confident that more great, tall, long, strong, players are on the way. I'll take a Thirdkill, Reese and one of the greatest players ever, Mitchell Anderson, anytime. Go Braves!!

DC, is there a link to online stats. The TV crew seldom mentions who fouled.

What was Little Rock’s RPI coming into the game? Does anyone know? Clearly from this score they are in for one tough year.

They were not a good team, but I am very pleased that we played very well - as sometimes we play poorly and barely beat bad teams...

-we shot well
-we rebounded well
-we did not turn the ball over nearly as much
-we didn't foul a lot
-we made a lot better pct of our FTs

the Valley record goes to 70-32

I didn't get to hear the post game radio show. How is Elijah Childs is doing? That was one scary fall.

For those who didn't see, he was upended after a dunk and fell on his head and neck. His right arm appeared to be bothering him, but he never went to the locker room. It sure looked bad for a minute, though.
