Another game with a crazy ending

Here is video of the final few seconds of a game last night between Fresno State and UNLV. UNLV appeared to have the game locked up, but Fresno State scored 9 points in the final 23 seconds, and 5 points in the final 1.5 seconds, to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat.-
If that guy touched the ball before it went out of bounds, I sure didn't see it. I watched the video four or five times and it seemed to me that he was already out of bounds when he touched the ball. What am I missing?

EDIT: Never mind; like not seeing the forest for the trees. He touched the ball out of bounds, so the ball went to Fresno. However, I was a bit confused by the announcer saying something about him touching the ball before it went out of bounds. Maybe Fresno needs announcers who understand the game.

Why is Fresno wearing their road uniforms at home?

Home teams always have the choice of what color uniforms they wear, though Bradley has traditionally worn white at home. Teams must notify the visiting team in advance if they plan a different color uniform, so they can bring their contrasting color uniforms.
But, Bradley has worn red at home in occasional games in past seasons. (and even black)
Just last season, on February 22, 2025, Bradley had a "Red Out" game against Murray State and wore their red uniforms at home.
