    Watching him play yesterday I like his potential. He played on a team that seemed slow and methodical. He sees the court very well. I think he is race horse that is ready to run. He will do better in an uptempo style of play

    Here is what I dont undertand. Among the total of 365 or so teams most are mid-majors. So when it comes to a vote on these rules how do they get voted in.
