    IMO, the goal should always be to compete for an MVC regular season championship and consistently finish in the top three with a chance to win Arch Madness. Do that on a regular basis (and we have) and you give yourself an opportunity each year to advance to either the NCAA Tournament or the NIT.

    Bully will get paid around $1M (or more) total for his final two seasons of college ball. If he invests most of that he will have $2M by age 30, $4M by age 40, and $8M by age 50. I don't think any one of us would NOT encourage our kid to take the money like Bully's doing. I wish him well.

    This is my concern as well. I wouldn't be surprised if Wardle's agent isn't shopping around right now for a comparable contract with a school that has a stable NIL program. If the athletic department drops the ball with this change we're going to see a bunch of lunch bucket players on the floor.
